$100 'notes' being given away at Orchard Rd -- but here's what they really are

Stomper Sean was surprised when he was handed a $100 'note' along Orchard Road yesterday (Aug 1).

However, he did not hit the jackpot.

The notes were actually a creative marketing strategy employed by Lash Regrowth, a beauty company that offers lash lengthening and lifting services.
