Four people were arrested in a Central Narcotics Bureau (CNB) operation on May 23, during which an assortment of drugs worth more than $28,000 were seized.
CNB said in a statement that officers arrested a 36-year-old female suspect along Jurong Gateway Road on late Wednesday afternoon.
A vehicle search recovered about 935g of cannabis, 118g of 'Ice', 8g of ketamine, 1000 Erimin-5 tablets and 125 'Ecstasy' tablets.
Stomper Gordon, who witnessed the arrest at around 5.27pm, filmed a video showing the woman being taken away in handcuffs.
He told Stomp: "Officers were rounding up this car at Jurong Gateway Road, just behind IMM.
"At first, I thought it could have been an accident as there were some bikes around as well. Only when the woman got handcuffed then I realised that she was being arrested."

CNB added: "Another party of officers arrested a 30-year-old Malaysian male, who was seen together with the 36-year-old female earlier, at his workplace in the same vicinity."
Cash amounting to $2,150 was recovered from man.
Follow-up investigations subsequently led to the arrest of a 35-year-old Singaporean female at a unit along Bedok North Street 1.
"The 35-year-old female was the suspected intended recipient of some of the drugs recovered from the 36-year-old female arrested earlier," said CNB.
A small amount of cannabis and some cannabis seeds were recovered from the unit.
Following further investigations, a 42-year-old Singaporean man was arrested at the home of the 36-year-old woman in Chai Chee Avenue, where a small amount of 'Ice' was discovered.
Investigations into the drug activities of all four suspects are ongoing.
