Police looking for man in relation to Outrage of Modesty along Syed Alwi Road

The police are looking for man in relation to a case of Outrage of Modesty that took place along Syed Alwi Road on Jul 17.

According to a photo released by the police, the man has rather dark skin and wears a moustache.
