Which 'champion' removed the seat and pedal of this ofo bike at Tampines?

Stomper Raymond came across a ofo bike without a seat and pedal at Block 355 Tampines Street 33 today (May 10) at around 9am.

In a telephone interview, the Stomper said that it is the first time he has seen something like this in the area.

A photo he sent shows the bicycle without its seat and left pedal. Its right pedal was for some reason still intact.

Let's hope that such acts are not repeated in future.
