A driver was left in a knotty situation after driving up a grassy slope from a multi-storey carpark at Block 125A Kim Tian Road today (Apr 12) at around 6.40am.

A Stomper came across the accident at around 7am and sent photos of what happened to Stomp.

In one of the photos, the car can be seen tilted to a 45-degree angle after its driver drove it up the slope.

Another photo shows a ramp behind the car, suggesting the driver might have driven up the slope after descending the ramp in the multi-storey carpark.

The Stomper is unclear what led to the accident, but it is likely that the driver mistook the accelerator for the brakes.

Another contributor, Stomper Zubair, was at the scene after the car was removed.

He took photos showing debris left on the ground and tyre marks on the slope.

Said a police spokesperson with regard to the incident:

"On Apr 12 at 6.40am, the police were alerted to an accident involving a car at 125A Kim Tian Road.

"A 59-year-old female car passenger was conscious and conveyed to Singapore General Hospital.

"Police investigations are ongoing."
