Look at the pile of litter left behind after Standard Chartered Marathon 2016

A Stomper was doing volunteer clean-up work when she saw litter left behind by volunteer traffic wardens after the Standard Chartered Marathon 2016 held over the weekends (Dec 4).

She was disappointed as these volunteers did not set a good example, leaving their lunch boxes, drinks and plastic bags as litter, hidden between the bushes long after event was over (2pm).

Said the Stomper, "While we are trying to encourage better and sustainable social responsibility with participating runners, what about those wardens controlling the route traffic?...Who is supposed to clear after them?"

Indeed, it is everyone's responsibility to manage their own rubbish.
