Hello, can you not burn incense paper at HDB staircase walkway?

Stomper Alex wrote in to the Stomp Team about his neighbours' weekly routine of burning incense paper in their personal bin at Block 328 Sembawang Crescent 4th floor staircase walkway.

Said the enraged Stomper:

"Every week, they (neighbours) always burn incense paper at the staircase walkway.

"We have two kids and the smoke that fills my flat is bad for our kids and others who live around that may have asthma."

Alex hopes that the National Environment Agency (NEA) and the Town Council can handle this matter in a consistent and decisive manner.
