Police looking for missing 15-year-old last seen at Hougang Blk 540

The police are appealing for information on the whereabouts of 15-year-old Jin Ng Teng, who was last seen at Block 540 Hougang Avenue 8 on July 19 at about 3am.

She was last seen wearing a white blouse and skirt.
