Motorist distracted by high beam of motorcycle along Pasir Ris Drive

Stomper Poh was cruising along Pasir Ris Drive yesterday (Nov 20) at around 1.50am when he noticed a Malaysia-registered motorcycle JRV6601 with an unusually small licence plate.
The motorcycle’s high beam also blinded Poh momentarily.
He tailed the motorcyclists and captured the vehicle’s licence plate with his phone.
Said Poh: "Flashing high beams that are so bright is dangerous.
"It can distract other riders on the road."
Poh added that it was the first time he had encountered such a motorcycle.
