Front of car completely crushed after accident with bus at Bukit Purmei Ave

Stomper Michael was driving by Bukit Purmei Avenue today (Sep 3) at around 3pm when he saw a car badly damaged after an accident.

The front of the red car looked to be completely smashed and its front bumper had fallen off.

In response to Stomp media queries, a Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) spokesman told Stomp that they were alerted to an accident involving a car and a bus at the junction of Bukit Purmei Avenue and Telok Blangah Way.

SCDF dispatched two fire bikes, one fire engine and one red rhino to the scene.

"One male Chinese in his 30s suffered abrasions but refused conveyance," she said.
