An enraged Malaysian man stabbed his housemate after he was reportedly ‘disturbed’ by the loud noises coming from the latter’s room.
The incident happened at a workers’ hostel in Taman Nusa Bestari, Malaysia on Tuesday (Oct 3) at around 7am, reports The Star.
Apparently, the victim loved playing video games but failed to consider the feelings of his long-suffering neighbour, forgetting to turn the volume down.
The 39-year-old suspect then walked into the victim’s room and stabbed the victim, an Indonesian in his twenties, with a penknife -- before going back to sleep.
The victim was conveyed to Hospital Sultanah Aminah for treatment, while the suspect was remanded under Section 324 of the Penal Code for intentionally causing hurt with a weapon.
