Driver weaves in and out of traffic like he doesn't know what he's doing on PIE

A driver was caught on camera weaving in and out of traffic and jamming on his brakes while travelling along the PIE on Sep 1.

Stomper Tan shared a video of the errant driver with Stomp.

In the video, the driver appears to be unable to make his mind up to which lane he is supposed to be in.

He makes sudden lane changes and jams on his brakes, posing a risk to other motorists on the expressway.

He finally zooms in front of a car to make a last minute exit off of the PIE.
