Driver crashes into car that stopped after stop line at Ceylon Road

Stomper Nizam was driving along Pennefather Road on Dec 31 when he saw a car coming from the right along Ceylon Road crash into another.

In a video shared by the Stomper, the driver of a black car crashed into the left side of a red car.

The driver of the red car appeared to have stopped after a stop line.

However, it is unclear how the other driver managed to miss this.
