A couple has received flak from netizens online after footage showed them letting a young boy "drive" their BMW car.

The short clip, taken from Instagram Stories, was shared on SG Road Vigilante's Facebook page where it has since garnered over 112,000 views.

In the video, the boy is seen sitting on the woman's lap with his hands on the steering wheel and her hands over his.

They drive like this along Goodman Road before turning right onto Boscombe Road.

A man's voice is heard saying: "Wah why you so good? Can teach me?"

The woman says: "Wah... can not go so fast? I'm very scared."

Several netizens slammed the couple for putting the child's life in danger.
