Could this be loansharks taking their activities to new heights at Blk 217 Marsiling Crescent?

Stomper Alex was surprised when he saw something sprayed in red paint on the wall of Block 217 Marsiling Crescent yesterday (Jul 1).

"Blk 217 #04 1040x1400" appeared to be spray-painted on the outside of a fourth-storey unit.

"I'm not sure if it's the work of loansharks," said Alex.

However, the block appears to be undergoing a repainting and the painted words could have simply been used by workers carrying out the job for reference.
