Car crashes into metal railing at Jurong East St 24

A car crashed into a metal railing at the carpark in front of Block 260 Jurong East Street 24 today (Jul 26) at 9am.

A Stomper was at the scene and saw the car had crashed into the railing and was also damaged on the right-hand side.

"I was entering the carpark when I saw the car," said the Stomper.

"I spoke to a sweeper who said that the driver of the car had hit another vehicle while attempting to avoid it and ended up crashing into the metal railing.

"However, when I was there I did not see the other car.

"Police were on the scene but I did not see an ambulance and nobody appeared to be hurt."

The Stomper added that he saw the driver of the car standing outside his vehicle and that the incident had attracted many onlookers.

"It is unusual to see such an accident happen in a carpark."
