Who left this 'chao da' bike near traffic light at Ubi Avenue 2?

Stomper Judy saw this charred motorcycle left near a traffic light in Ubi Avenue 2.

According to her, it has been there for the past two days before she took these photos on June 28.

She added:

"Curious why this has been left at the junction at Ubi Avenue 2."

It is unclear what had happened to the vehicle or why it had been abandoned there.
