Anyone knows what this mysterious-looking blue liquid flowing through drain in Orchard is?

A Stomper saw blue-coloured liquid flowing through a drain outside Hard Rock Cafe at Orchard this afternoon at around 1pm.

The liquid had no smell but the Stomper felt concerned after coming across the unusual sight.

Said the Stomper:

"I wonder if this is polluting our drains.

"The liquid was flowing through the drain for around 20 minutes."
