Sand from truck causes obstruction on road at Chin Bee Drive

Sand that fell from a passing truck onto the road caused an obstruction at the junction of Corporation Drive and Chin Bee Drive on Thursday morning (Aug 1).

Stomper Lim alerted Stomp to the incident and shared a video he took as he was passing by the scene at 8.45am.

"A traffic police officer was doing traffic control after the lorry dropped the sand on the road," he said.

In the video, workers are seen sweeping up the debris.

At 8.13am, the Land Transport Authority tweeted about an obstacle at the junction.
