A 28-year-old man was arrested for drink driving after he drove his car into the wrong lane at Woodlands Checkpoint on Mar 22.
The Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) wrote in a Facebook post on Thursday that he had driven into the motorcycle lane in the early morning.
"ICA officers observed that he was in a daze and reeked of alcohol," it wrote.
He was then referred to the police for further investigation.
When contacted by The Straits Times, a police spokesman said that the man was arrested for drink driving.
Police investigations are ongoing.
