Man, 44, arrested for drug-related offences after Mitsubishi hits two other cars on BKE

A 44-year-old driver was arrested for suspected drug-related offences after an accident involving three cars on the Bukit Timah Expressway (BKE) towards Woodlands on Jan 1.
