Stomper Lim spotted graffiti at level 5B of a multi-storey carpark at Hougang Street 91 Block 971A at around 12am on Sep 30.
In photos he shared with Stomp, Instagram usernames and some lewd drawings can be seen spray-painted onto the floor and walls of the multi-storey carpark.
The burnt remnants of an unidentifiable object can also be seen on the floor.
In response today (Oct 2) to a Stomp query, a spokesman for Ang Mo Kio Town Council said: "We have removed the graffiti and made a police report."
The police have also confirmed with Stomp that a report was lodged.
