Flesh-eating parasite that has 8 legs removed from human ear -- along with some 'meat'

If you get queasy easily, look away now because this video might make you sick.

The clip, which has been circulating on Vietnamese websites, shows an eight-legged parasite that had attached itself to the inside of somebody's ear.

A pair of pliers was used to try and extract the creature, but it clung on stubbornly like an overly-attached partner.

The parasite was eventually removed after some hard tugging from the pliers, but it brought along a piece of flesh from the human ear with it too.

According to the video title, the unidentified critter "eats" the flesh of its host.
