Python greets passer-by on way to work near Commonwealth MRT station

Slow down, check out your surroundings, and you'll notice that we are accompanied by so much beautiful flora and fauna.

Stomper Reena was surprised to encounter a python on her way to work in the early hours of Friday (May 6) when she was on her way to Commonwealth MRT station.

Reena recounted: "I was going to work and walking to the MRT station at around 6.14am when I saw the python near the community hall at Block 90 Commonwealth Drive.

"The snake came from the side of the block and was going to a hole in the canal.

"I was lucky to spot it as some uncles who saw the snake earlier had reminded me to walk carefully."
