Security officer guides visually-impaired man, holds his hand all the way from MRT station to bus stop

A passer-by was touched to see a security officer go beyond the call of duty to help a visually-impaired commuter at Bedok Reservoir MRT station.

Stomper Lim shared photos of the incident that he witnessed on Friday (Nov 26).

He said: "I was at the station on the Downtown Line when I noticed a security officer assisting a visually-impaired passenger.

"What amazed me was the security officer assisting the passenger by holding his hands all the way from the MRT station to the bus stop and making sure he was safe.

"This is the true spirit of a security officer. SBS Transit should be proud to have such an extraordinary officer in their organisation."
