Stomper Audrey would leave it to the relevant authority to deal with the matter, but would be the first to report it.
She feels that such matters should be dealt with by the appropriate parties as they are more experienced and trained in handling them.
In an email to Stomp, she explains what she would do if she witnessed a case of sexual harassment on the train:
“I would go to the other adjoining car in the train, press the red button and report it!
“I have done it once before when I saw a disturbance on the train and a big argument.
“I would not approach the person because I do not know how to react in such a matter.
“Best is to leave it to trained personnel.”
