Ladies, steady your hearts. Britain's most eligible bachelor, Prince Harry , will be visiting our shores for the first time in June this year.

According to a tweet from the Kensington Palace social media handle, the younger brother of Prince William will be playing in a charity polo match here to raise funds and awareness for the Sentebale Royal Salute Polo Cup.

The Cup is an annual fundraising event set up by Prince Harry and Prince Seeiso of Lesotho in 2006, supports children and young people affected by HIV in Lesotho and Botswana in southern Africa.

The charity match in Singapore, to beĀ held at the Singapore Polo Club on June 5, will mark Prince Harry's first trip here, and the first time the event is held in South-east Asia.

Following his stay in Singapore, Prince Harry will be attending events in Sydney celebrating Australia's hosting of the 2018 Invictus Games. The Games was founded by Prince Harry in 2014 and is an international sporting competition for wounded servicemen and women.
