Stomper jw was proud when she found out that Singapore’s team consisting Chef Patrick Heuberger from Hubers and Chef Brandon Foo from Le Bistrot du Sommelier had come in third for the International Catering Cup held in France yesterday night (Jan 21).
Apparently, it was also the first time that a Singaporean team had qualified for the prestigious title, as shared by the Team Singapore International Catering Cup 2017’s Facebook page.
“They have tirelessly prepared, sacrificed and persisted!
“This is just a fragment of their hard work and dedication to their craft.
“It is heartwarming that that both of them worked in tandem and for the country they call home.
“I just wanted to highlight their contributions to Singapore.”
