Police called in after couple stop BMW in middle of Topaz Rd, car seen shaking for 45 mins

A 21-year-old BMW driver caused a traffic blockage after he and a female companion had a tryst in the car which was parked in the middle of the road for 45 minutes. 

The incident happened yesterday (Mar 1) at around 3.40am on Topaz Road in Serangoon, amidst heavy rain, reports Lianhe Wanbao. 

A driver whose passage was impeded by the inconsiderate youth took a picture of his car and uploaded onto Facebook. 

In his recount of the incident, the driver said that he was on his way to a condominium, Topaz@Suite when he came across the black BMW car which had stopped in the middle of the road.

According to him, the BMW was shaking and he suspected that someone was having intercourse in the car. 

As the BMW occupied both lanes, he was unable to continue and proceeded to sound his horn at the vehicle for 15 minutes, but the driver did not respond. 

Infuriated, he called the police.

The entire incident lasted for about 45 minutes.

According to the Lianhe Wanbao, the BMW belongs to a 21-year-old youth, who was in the car with a female companion during the time of incident.

A spokesperson from the police has confirmed that the incident did indeed take place, and the police went down to the scene to provide assistance.
