Man spotted leaning out precariously to clean window at Hougang St 11

Stomper J was chilling by the poolside of his condo along Hougang St 11 on Sunday afternoon (Jan 8) when he looked up to see a man cleaning a window in a dangerous manner.

In the image the Stomper submitted, the man can be seen resting his body weight against a closed window, as he stretches out his arm to clean the open window with a window mop.

According to the Stomper, the man was on the 8th floor.

Said J:

“He was leaning against the window. What if the other window gave way? He would have lost his balance and fallen down.”

The Stomper also reminded members of the public to clean their windows in a safe manner.
