A Stomper was at a coffeeshop in Tampines yesterday (Feb 4) at around 5pm when he noticed that a shallow pool of water had formed at the venue due to the heavy rain.
In a telephone interview, the Stomper said that stall-owners had to place their food items on higher ground to prevent it from getting wet.
Their business was also affected as there were no customers thanks to the pool of water.
Water levels were around 7cm high, reported the Stomper.
