Stomper Richard was annoyed by a driver who had parked in the middle of the road at Lorong Lew Lian yesterday (Jan 2) and then disappeared.
The incident took place at about 1pm.
Said the Stomper:
"An inconsiderate driver blocked the way by parking his car in the middle of the road and then disappeared."
Richard added that the driver was nowhere to be seen.
