Driver of SLG1103B, the parking lots are demarcated for a reason

A Stomper was baffled to see a Peugeot parked outside the boundaries of the parking lot at a multi-storey carpark. 

In the photos the Stomper contributed, a Peugeot with licence plate number SLG1103B can be seen parked in a careless manner.

Said the Stomper:

"The goodu driver doesn't know how to park his car."
