Dear driver at Circular Rd, haven't you learnt how dangerous it is to drive against traffic flow?

Stomper Shake Head saw a driver of a white car going against the flow of traffic on a slip road along Circular Road.

In a video the Stomper sent, the car can be seen going past an arrow on the road pointing in the opposite direction.

The driver of the car turned into Circular Road at the end of the video.

Said the Stomper:

"Though this is not a major road, it is still a dangerous act."
