Crane topples at Outram Rd, blocking entire street and causing jam

A crane toppled and blocked the road near Outram Road at 2pm today (April 25).
Stomper Arun said he was having lunch nearby when he heard an extremely loud sound.
He realised that a crane had toppled across the road, near the Health Sciences Authority (HSA) building.
"The whole road was blocked because of this, and it caused a jam," added the Stomper.
Stomper Riduwan also sent to Stomp images of the incident that his friends had forwarded to him.
Stomper Wan sent photos that marked out the parts of the crane that had toppled.
