Bedok cyclist who did this should be the one in chains instead of the ofo bike

It seems like another inconsiderate cyclist has joined the list of ofo and OBike abusers.

Stomper Jiayi saw an ofo bike locked together with a person's bicycle at the void deck of Block 507 Bedok North Street 3 yesterday (Apr 16) at around 4.30pm.

Photos sent by the Stomper show the front wheel of the ofo bicycle secured to the front wheel of a black bicycle with a metal chain and padlock.

Both bicycles were placed near the racks meant for parking bicycles but they did not seem to be secured to them.

In a telephone interview, the Stomper said she wanted to use the ofo bicycle but could not due to the cyclist's inconsiderate act.
