Alfa Romeo goes up in flames at SGH carpark, leaving only burnt skeleton behind

Stompers Dervin and Krish R alerted Stomp to a car that caught fire today (Feb 10) at Singapore General Hospital's (SGH) carpark.

According to Stomper Krish R, the fire took place in front of Tower Block A.

Both Stompers sent us videos of the incident, which took place around 4.30pm.

In the videos, only the metal exterior of the car, an Alfa Romeo, is visible as it is overwhelmed by flames. Thick black smoke from the fire is seen spewing out across the carpark.

Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) personnel can also be seen in the videos.

As of 5.15pm, Dervin informed us that the SCDF had put out the fire.

Stomp has reached out to the SCDF for comment.
