A 64-year-old man is being investigated in relation to a case of a vehicle being scratched, the police said on Saturday (March 11).
A 52-year-old woman had filed a report with the police on Feb 25 saying that her car had been scratched.
It had been parked at Block 217, Tampines Street 23.
Officers from the Bedok Division identified the suspect after ground investigations and in-car camera footage from another vehicle owner.
The man is believed to be involved in other similar cases, based on preliminary investigations.
He is being investigated for the offence of mischief, which carries a punishment of up to two years jail and or a fine.
