Woman taken to hospital after chain collision involving 4 vehicles in Yishun

A woman was taken to hospital after a chain collision involving two cars and two lorries in Yishun on Thursday morning (April 29).

In response to a Stomp query, the police said they were alerted to the four-vehicle accident along Yishun Avenue 2 towards Lentor Avenue at 7.42am.

One of the car passengers, a 28-year-old woman, was conscious when taken to hospital.

Stomper Mike, who sent a photo of the incident, believes that the accident occurred due to a failure to maintain a safe driving distance.

Police investigations are ongoing.
