Woman taken to hospital after car overturns along Jalan Teck Whye

A 31-year-old woman was taken to hospital after the car she was riding in overturned along Jalan Teck Whye towards Choa Chu Kang Road on Monday morning (Mar 30).

Stomper Freddie alerted Stomp to the incident and shared photos he took of the vehicle that had turned turtle.

"I don't understand how the car could have overturned on such a small road," he said.

In response to a Stomp query, the police said they were alerted to the accident at 6.47am.

"The 31-year-old female passenger was conscious when conveyed to Ng Teng Fong General Hospital," a police spokesman said.

Police investigations are ongoing.
