Woman nearly hit by plastic bottle thrown from height in Ubi

A woman was nearly hit by a plastic bottle that was thrown down from a Housing Board (HDB) block in Ubi last Wednesday (May 6).

Stomper Anonymous said she was walking along the canal next to Block 330 Ubi Avenue 1, in front of Manjusuri Secondary School, at around 11am when the incident occurred.

Anonymous told Stomp: "The plastic bottle fell from height, narrowly missing me.

"This is killer litter and I have made a police report.

"As this is a popular jogging spot, I would like to warn the people about this incident."

In response to a Stomp query, the police confirm that a report was lodged.
