Woman dashes across Irrawaddy Road while red man is showing: "This jaywalker deserves to be fined"

A woman nearly met with an accident after dashing across Irrawaddy Road in front of oncoming traffic on Tuesday afternoon (Aug 20).

Stomper Lawrence alerted Stomp to the incident and shared footage taken from his car's dashboard camera.

He told Stomp he was driving along Irrawaddy Road towards Tan Tock Seng Hospital and Square 2 shopping mall when the woman dashed in front of his car.

The lights were green in his favour.

"This jaywalker deserves to be fined he said.

Lawrence also shared an incident where he came across a cyclist crossing Cantonment Road at a leisurely pace despite the red man showing too.
