Fortunately, the entire process was filmed by a CCTV in the store and the two women have since been arrested by the police.

The owner of the store released the footage to the public after the incident, sparking conversations amongst netizens.

The video has since garnered over 20,000 views and was shared over 1,300 times.

In the footage, a woman with blonde hair and another with blue hair, both dressed in black were seen entering the store.

After pacing around the store once, the two stopped in front of the panel displaying the hair dye and whispered to one other.

The two women stayed in the store for another few minutes during which the blonde woman swept some of the products into a box while her accomplice stood up to shield her from an employee's line of sight.

The blue hair woman then approached the store employee, pretending to have an inquiry, while the blonde woman swiftly stood up, still holding onto the stolen goods.

During the incident, a person, believed to be a store employee was organising goods near the two, but the two appeared calm.

After the blonde woman made off with the loot, the blue hair woman also tuned and left.

In a Facebook post, the affected vendor wrote that she had intended to give the two woman a chance as they were still young, but later decided to call the police as they showed no signs of remorse.

The blue hair woman was arrested by the police first, while the blonde woman turned herself in after.

Upon inquiry, the police said that the case was under investigation.
