Woman arrested for drink-driving after crashing car into railing at Punggol grass slope

A 38-year-old woman was arrested for drink-driving after crashing her car into a railing in Punggol in the wee hours of Thursday (Oct 17).

In response to a Stomp query, the police said they were alerted to the car accident along Punggol Way, towards Sumang Lane, at 4.50am.

Stomper Aly contributed photos of the accident and said there were two women at the scene.

In the photos, the car is seen to have crashed into a railing after going down a grass slope.

Stomp understands that no injuries were reported.

Police investigations are ongoing.
