What are these strange red insects Stomper spotted at his corridor?

Stomper Soon spotted a large number of insects at his corridor on Sunday (Nov 20) morning.

The Stomper said the insects looked like either red ants or spiders.

"The objects they were carrying were sticking to the wall, and it looks like they were eggs."
