Which idiot removed the locks and number plate of this ofo bike and chained it up at Lengkok Bahru?

Stomper Fathir saw an ofo bike with its lock and plate number dismantled at Lengkok Bahru at around 8pm yesterday (Jun 10).

In a telephone interview, the Stomper said that the person responsible might have engaged in the inconsiderate act to keep the bicycle for personal use.

The ofo bike had a blue chain around it, preventing others from utilising it.

Said the Stomper with regard to what he saw:

"The person responsible cannot be selfish.

"ofo bikes are for everybody to use."
