A monitor lizard was spotted trying to enter a reportedly abandoned building in Dover recently -- but did it succeed?
Stomper Low came across the animal sighting and said it occurred behind the GSK Asia House building in Rochester Park.
He wrote: "A wild monitor lizard was seen crossing an unused stretch of road into a colonial building. Are they endangered in Singapore, or are they a danger to the public?"
A video filmed by Low shows how the reptile strolled along a road, then climbed uphill to reach the building.
It then poked its head through a gap in a fence surrounding the building, before entering the premises completely.
