Was van driver involved in accident before or after parking on pavement at Jurong?

Stomper Danial spotted a damaged van parked on a sheltered pedestrian walkway at Jurong East Avenue 1 at midnight yesterday (Sep 27).

The van's front bumper was damaged and debris was strewn on the parking lot in front of the vehicle.

Danial said: "I was on my way to the convenience store when I saw this, though I can't remember the block number where I saw it.

"I didn't see the driver around.

"I wonder what happened. Did it get hit by another vehicle?"
