Volkswagen without rear licence plate overtakes other motorists like a menace on BKE

A Volkswagen driver was caught on camera recklessly overtaking other motorists along the Bukit Timah Expressway (BKE).

Facebook page SG Road Vigilante posted a video of the incident that occurred on Monday (Feb 17) and noted that the Volkswagen did not have a rear licence plate.

In the video, the Volkswagen can be seen going past a motorcyclist, who makes a manoeuvre to avoid the vehicle.

The Volkswagen then goes on to overtake several other motorists on different lanes.

Many netizens have criticised the driver's behaviour and asked for enforcement action to be taken against him.

One user called him a "racer wannabe" while another said: "[The] biker had good instincts and fast reactions."
