A Volkswagen driver was caught on video speeding along an expressway and allegedly evading paying for parking.
Clips of the incident were shared on SG Road Vigilante's Facebook page.
According to the timestamps on the footage, both incidents happened on Dec 10.

In the first clip, the white car is seen zooming past other vehicles along the Seletar Expressway (SLE).
In the second clip, a man, believed to be the driver's passenger, is seen lifting up a barrier arm so that the Volkswagen can exit a carpark at Parklane Shopping Mall.
He is then seen pushing the barrier arm back down again once the car has cleared the gantry.
Netizens believe this was an attempt to evade the parking fare. However, some pointed out that the driver will still be charged even though the barrier arm was up.
